|All AIR SHIPMENTS must be received by 1:00pm EST in order to be shipped the same day. If your item is out-of stock, it will be back-ordered and shipped when we receive it. You will be notified by email of any back-order.|
|Do you ship to my country?|
|We do not export. Orders will be accepted for domestic shipments only within the US and it's territories. We do not ship outside the United States except U.S. Territories and Government APO's. However, shipping charges to APO's and Territories will defer from what is shown on your order form. You will be notified of the charges before the order has been shipped.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. As long as we have the items you ordered in stock and received payment from you, your order will ship within 24-48 hours. You will be notified by email of any back-orders.

|What is the return policy?|
|Items may be returned for credit within 30 days provided they are unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective items will be replaced within 30 days of the sale. After which, repair or replacement will be performed under the manufacturer's warranty by the manufacturer.
All returns must have prior approval. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
Arcade Electronics reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any return. We will notify you via email.
