The Calrad 45-902A is designed for any car, RV, or boat equipped with a cigarette lighter,The inverter is simple to use, just plug a AC powered electronic hardware, such as a small portable TV , DVD player or laptop computer, into the single AC outlet, and then connect the cigarette lighter plug into your vehicle's 12-volt DC cigarette lighter jack. Once connected, you can enjoy the benefits of any portable AC appliance while on the road, provided it doesn't consume more than 160 watts of continuous power or (300 watts of peak power). Also two independent USB type 'A' ports are available for use with portable devices that require USB ports for charging.
