Static Solutions NC-1005 is a biodegradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, non-alkaline, highly effective hard surface or rubber cleaner formulated with three biodegradable surfactants. These are designed specifically to neutralize, suspend, and remove heavy soils from rubber, concrete, PVC, rubber, epoxy floors or on floor finishes.
