The Static Solutions CP-1111 probe can be used with the RT-1000 Standard Resistivity Tester. It accurately measures surface resisitivity and conforms to the EOS/ESD 11.11 specifications.

Note: This item replaces Concentric Ring Probe RT-CP10

  • Made from conductive rubber shore 50-60
  • Two concentric rings will measure surface resistivity
  • Five pound weighted probe coated with insulative paint
  • Will work with all high performance meters
  • Test according to ESD S11.11 and ESD S11.12
