The Byte Brothers LVPR03 Low Voltage Pro Model 3 is a cable and device tester that enables you to test all cable types, as well as locate cable connections and test speakers. This model comes with every testing app, including the ability to determine cable length, and perform Return Loss Quality tests.
A removable remote detaches from the bottom of the unit and features connections for RJ11, RJ45, and Coax for testing long cables. LEDs alert you to active switch connections, and when voltage is present in the line. An included alligator clip adapter can be used to test copper cables, as well as locate speakers.
- With a separately available Tone Probe, the tone generator in the Low Voltage Pro can be used to trace cable connections
- With separately available remote kits, you can locate multiple wall jacks for Coax and CAT 5/6 cables, as well as map and label A/V speaker wires
