May be used for all sorts of applications, such as switching your car alarm or central door lock on or off, building or home security, opening your garage door, etc. You can select your own system code (8000 combinations), consequently, several transmitters may be used with one receiver, or vice-versa. It may not be used in the vicinity of incandescent lamps. Can be used together with the K3504 and K3512.  Operates in conjunction with the K6708 IR-transmitter
