The classic noises little children love! Three sirens- ambulance, police and fire engines-plus a machine gun. All with 2 flashing LEDs. COB PCB 16mm x 29mm

C.O.B. means "Chip on Board"; and most of the electronics is inside a tiny, application-specfic chip, or integrated circuit, on a PC board. These circuits are fun but won't be much of a challenge or education as they are so simple; you add a battery and the circuit is ready to go.
