phone, prices may differ for these orders to our sales
department.

If you do not feel comfortable about
entering your credit card information on our Secure server,

'Payment Method' . Print and send your order with your

Shipping

We do not export. Orders
will be accepted for domestic shipments only within the US and it's territories.
We do not ship outside the United States except U.S.
Territories and Government APO's. However, shipping charges to
APO's and Territories will defer from what is shown on your order form. You will be notified of the charges before the order has been shipped.

We use UPS for all shipments within the US. Go here to view a chart of UPS ground delivery schedules within the US. We can ship Federal Express by request.

All AIR SHIPMENTS must be received by 1:00pm EST in order to be shipped the same day. If your item is out-of stock, it will be backordered and shipped when we receive it. You will be notified by email of any backorder.

If you wish us to bill your UPS or Federal Express account, please include the account number and your request in the order comment section.

We at Arcade Electronics are very serious about protecting you (and us) from credit card fraud. We verify EVERY card's shipping and billing address before we ship your order to ensure it is really you who ordered it.
- Orders shipped from stock will ship within 48 hours. No shipments will be made on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- Shipping charges will be added to each order. Orders requiring an oversize box or more than one box may incur a surcharge. You will be notified of the charges before the order has shipped.

Pricing
- All prices are subject to change. Although every reasonable attempt is made to verify pricing on our system, there are occasionally errors that are beyond our control. We will notify you of such discrepancies before your order is processed.
- Some pricing on our site is valid only for orders placed through our website. Orders phoned in will be charged regular showroom pricing.

Payment Terms
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Company and Personal Checks, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Cash, and Purchase Orders pending credit approval.
Funds must be issued from U.S. banks or bank cards. International orders cannot be accepted. If you wish to set up an account for NET 30 day terms, please print out, fill in, and fax this
credit application.(pdf format)
- When paying by Money Order, Cashier's Check or
Cash, please select the Phone/Fax/Mail option during
Checkout. Please remember to include your credit card number
and expiration date. Print and mail the order form with
payment to the listed address. These orders will not be
processed until the payment has cleared.
- Potential NET 30 day customers will be asked to place their first order using a credit card. Credit approval
can take on average about two weeks. We rely feedback from
YOUR credit references. If they don't get back to us, we
can't open an account.
- ALL forms of payment MUST be drawn from a U.S. Bank account. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Returns
- Items may be returned for credit within 30 days provided they are unused, unopened, and in re-sellable condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Defective items will be replaced within 30 days of the sale. After which, repair or replacement will be performed under the manufacturer's warranty by the manufacturer.
- All returns must have prior approval.

- Arcade Electronics reserves the
right to charge a restocking fee on any return. We will
notify you via email.
